River Creed Swim - 16.08.2023

A stunning evening for a swim in the river creed with Connor, Kellie, Jacq and Liam. The sun was blinding us as we swam on the inside of the wee island then we headed upstream a heron flew past us. There was another bird perched on a rock further up looking for fish I'm guessing. Getting as far as we could up river, then launching ourselves with the flowing current back down is always great fun. Seeing the Loch Seaforth ferry coming into Stornoway was a nice bonus as we headed back to the shore. A very quick change due to the onslaught of midge's finished off a grand night out.
