Cracking early morning swim with Malcolm and Mairi at the Braighe today. A great way to kickstart the day. Duckman was saying 11.4 degrees average. Pretty toasty.....

Cracking adventure swim with Stuart around some of the coast of Point this morning. Caves, arches, channels, stacks along with lots of wildlife above and below the sea. Truly amazing time and we'll be back there for sure. Duckman was saying 10.5 degrees average. Check out the video to the right hand side. Fantastic afternoon swimming with Ed & Stuart checking out some local bays. Sea was full of wildlife and with the sun bursting through at times, it was beautiful. Duckman was saying 14.6 degrees average. Fantastic coastal swim today after work. Just what the doctor ordered as they say. Duckman was reading 16.5 degrees average. Saw so many beautiful nooks and crannies as well as varieties of different colours ..Definitely will be back there for sure...Stunning... Cracking swim with Ed down the 88 steps at Geodha nan Eathraichean (Boats Gully) in Point this afternoon. The water is so clear there. I ended up in a watery holey rock. Great fun. Duckman was saying a toasty 14.9 degrees. A great morning for a social distance adventure swim with Stuart down at Traigh Mhor, checking out the sea stacks, caves and arches. Sea is a beautiful colour there and we had fun exploring nooks and crannies along the way. Duckman was saying 12.5 degrees average. Great walk swim in Point, Isle of Lewis, this afternoon. Walked out to the beach and swam back. Could have been in the Med, although we're probably half the temps. Still as beautiful as always...Duckman was saying 13.4 degrees average A refreshing swim at Swordale bay after work today. Decided on a different route from usual, taking in some cracking coastal features. Stunning scenery around there. Duckman was saying 11 degrees. Loads and loads of mini moonie's on the go. An after work dook this evening in one of the pools on Laxdale river at the back of the house. 20 degrees!! No wonder the flies were going crazy..... |
