It was blowing a hoolie on land but it was pretty sheltered on the sandy side of Holm bay this morning. Thanks to Dave and Malcolm for coming along and well done to Malcolm for swimming in his trunks and also doing some butterfly at the end. Click here to view the YouTube Video from the outing.

Superb swim along some of the coastline at traigh mhor this morning. Managed to get through the L shaped arch and the needle arch as well as between one of the stack's. Amazing amount of bird's around the cliffs and stack's.
