Follow Seumas and myself as we go for a short swim from Bayble beach over towards the coast of Eagleton. We didn't get too close to land due to the swell but it's a lovely loop to do in the right conditions. With a right mix of weather during our time in the water as you'll notice in the video, it was nice to have the sun for us going in and coming out. Seumas and myself really enjoyed ourselves and it was great to catch up with Dave, Helen and Anne as well. Follow me as I go for a swim into the cauldron. It's an amazing place on the Isle of Lewis and this time I remembered to take a torch, so I got to the back of the cave. You have to catch it at the right tide and have a calm sea. There's plenty of open water adventures that you can do safely and for no cost. There were some cracking waves to play about too. Am sure we'll be back there again. Swam over to the arch but deemed it unsafe to go through and headed back to shore. Thanks to Kellie for coming with me, for the photos and videos which gives views from a different perspective and for spotting me. Click here to view the YouTube Video from the outing |
