Can't wait to get swim camping again. Getting plenty of camping practice in, in the meantime. I do swim camping for personal pleasure.....if anyone is visiting Lewis or Harris, when it's allowed, feel free to get in touch with me. You'll have to have your own swim camping kit. Recorded earlier in March with Simon Willis, hopefully not sounding too much like a tcheuchter....Click on the photo to be taken to the website, I'm number 12 on the list.

A Swim Among the Seaweed on the way home from work today at Swordale Bay..Nice wee bit of therapy....Click here to view the short video... Stopped off for a short swim at Swordale Bay on my way home from work today. As the tide was in a bit, I had a wee pootle over the reef in me Twammers. Love seeing the seaweed flowing back and fore underwater with the current. Duckman was saying 8.4 degrees average. Very therapeutic indeed... Tide was way out after work today at Swordale Bay when I stopped off for a swim on my way home. Had a pootle about in me Twammers around the seaweed and saw lots of sea urchins and a few starfish too. Love being in among all the colours and especially if the sunlight is beaming through. Duckman was saying 9 degrees average. Last swim of the week... |
