Great craic at tong beach this morning with Catherine, Kellie, Dave and Ellis. Amazing waves meant for a mix of bodyboarding and bodysurfing. Even the gulls were gliding along them. Been a while since I'd seen the place at low tide and how it comes into it's own beauty. Click here for link to the YouTube video from the outing.

It was off to Bayble this morning for a swim from the peir beach over to the more private beach. Some stunning colours to be seen underwater plus lots of urchins and starfish mixed in amongst the seaweed. Duckman and Tormod Tuunag were saying about 8 degrees average. A brisk wind chill on land made for a quick change followed by a warm drink. Click here for link to the YouTube video from the outing. Great laugh on the river creed this morning with a mixture of swimming, bodyboarding and donut (thanks Kellie) attempts in the flow of the river. 10 of us having fun doing different things. Duckman was saying 3.1 degrees in the fresh water. It was bracing but the walk back to the car's always warms you up. Thanks to Jo for the awesome home baking.
