A wintery chill in the air this morning didn't put Malcolm, Jo, Seumas and myself off going for a swim. Duckman was saying 5.9 degrees. Massive well done to Malcolm for finishing his polar bear challenge with a long swim.

Fantastic swim this morning with Stuart, Ed, Jo, Catherine and Malcolm. Sun came out for a bit and a warmish breeze makes all the difference. Duckman was saying 7.4 degrees. Finished off my Artic Polar Bear Challenge with a 650 metre swim, bringing my monthly total to 3.15k. That's what you get for saying to Jo that it'll soon be warmer sea's and the jellies will be turning up, to make the most of it just now, then you run into one, lol. Duckman was saying 5.8 degrees.
