I felt like a nearby SwimCamp excursion to Dun Dubh which is on the coast between the Point villages of Sheshader and Upper Bayble. Parked up the van and hiked to the usual bay I get in at, close to Rubha na Grèine where the views across the Minch to mainland Scotland are spectacular. Getting in and out of the cove is always a bit of fun, manageable with caution. I started swimming over to the channel at Eilean na Grèine then into Bàigh a Tuath which is just an adventure paradise with nooks and crannies to explore plus arches to swim or scramble through along with wildlife galore. Sheer swim bliss. Remember it's all about having a fantastic time whilst also keeping safe. Unfortunately when I got back on land the midges were rife and I'd left my midge net in my camping bag up the hill (oh no!). Midges 1 Colin 0 🙈🤣 I sacked going camping, headed home and had a lovely evening with Kellie. Music by Beluga Lagoon Click here to watch the video
