Into the chop, I swam from Tràigh na Beirigh over to Bhacasaigh plodding on around the outside of the island till I got out at (Tòb an t-Seann Bhaile) which is one of the many bays and walked over to the usual bay I camp near. There were plenty of seals swimming about the bay, watching me, so I went for a swim but they never came close to me. I also went up a couple of small hills to take in the awesome views that Bhacasaigh has to offer. After dinner I got the campfire going, music on, kicked the football and watched the seals again. This is the first time I've camped on the island without any midges, or so I thought, as they started appearing during the night and got worse in the morning. I thought I pressed record on the camera on the way back but it turned out I'd just switched the camera on 🙈🤣 Anyway it was a nice swim back to the beach as it was a lot calmer than on the way over. Click here to watch the video from the outing.
