Swim Exploring Holm - 27.08.2025

Gary, Dave, Helen and myself met up at Holm this afternoon for a wee swim explore over to the remains of the iron age fort at Rubha Shildinis. Helen decided to spot us from the shore at Chubag while the rest of us swam over to one of the bays near the fort. None of us had been here before so it was great to check out a new location. The panoramic views from up on top of Rubha Shildinis are quite spectacular plus you can see some outlines of buildings from bygone times. I think it must have been a busy place 😊 We had good fun messing around the coastline on the way back, finding a cool cave that got dark, as it was pretty deep 🤔🤣
