Great to meet up with Neil and Robyn this afternoon, who are over from Australia visiting the Outer Hebrides (and Shetland). Gary and myself took Neil for a swim scramble through the arch at Garrabost. Conditions were perfect apart from the tide being a bit low but you get to see it from a different perspective. Just the one seal again following us back. Neil enjoyed the seaweed soup on the inside of the island. Click here to view the YouTube Video from the outing.

Kellie (kayak) and myself (swim) went down to Garrabost this evening, heading through the arch and over to the first beach. Conditions were decent and the tide just high enough to get through the arch. The inside of the island was like seaweed soup.
